This journal is dedicated to rapid publication of the highest quality regular papers, review papers and expository papers. Papers that exceed the above page limit will be accepted subject to the approval of the Editorial Board. 

Submission of Manuscripts: 

Correspondence by e-mail is requested for convenience and speed.  Authors may submit manuscripts in English to the Editorial Board.  A Postscript or PDF file with a cover letter must be sent to the corresponding editor by e-mail. The cover letter should give the authors preferred address, e-mail address, phone number and fax number, and should indicate the intended publication format (Short paper, Regular paper or Expository paper).  Each submission should include an informative abstract of no more than 200 words. 

Manuscript Style, Illustrations and Photos:

Accepted manuscripts must be written in LaTeX format or MS-Word, (All Latex Formats are accepted).  Authors are responsible for converting their manuscripts to LaTeX format, if not initially in LaTeX format.  Figures should be in EPS (PostScript Format).

It is the authors responsibility to prepare papers as per the formatting instructions of the publisher. Accepted papers may not be published unless they meet the publishers formatting standard.  

New user to NSP has to register first, in order to submit, and upload manuscript. New submission should follow the NSP format, with a maximum number of 10 pages. Paper template in Microsoft Word can be downloaded her (Ms-Word Template).  

PROOFS:

Proofs will be e-mailed as a PDF file to the corresponding author, whose email address must be supplied on the manuscript. Proofs must be corrected and returned to the publishers within 48 hours of receipt. Authors' corrections must be restricted to printers and/or factual errors.

Copyright:

By submitting a manuscript for publication to this journal acknowledge that the work is original and is not being submitted to another journal. The submission of a manuscript by the authors implies that the authors automatically agree to assign exclusive copyright to University of Sohag if and when the manuscript is accepted for publication.
